MMS services

Overview

MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service or Picture Messaging Service) is the technology of sending pictures, videos, sounds and large texts from one mobile phone to another. This service is very promising for business. Despite the numerous attempts of developing mobile e-mail, the MMS messaging is still supported by the most of mobile phones, the settings are usually preinstalled and the users do not require setting up MMS messaging. The MMS service does not suffer from SPAM as much as e-mail, because every sender is determined by his phone number and the malicious SIM card may be easily blocked by the mobile operator.
