Control panel

The control panel is opened if you double-click the application icon in the system tray or select a "Control panel" item in the popup menu. The control panel contains the application and communication settings, list of SMS handlers and SMS boxes. The control panel contains the following tabs:

• SMS - SMS settings (sending mode, incoming SMS handling, etc.) and communication settings (serial port name, timeout, etc.);
• Application - application settings (startup settings, log level, etc.);
• Properties - this tab determines which modem properties (SMS support, sending and receiving mode, etc.) are automatically determined after the connection. The tab contains also the device name and the GSM signal strength;
• Handlers - list of handlers for the incoming SMS;
• Memory - modem memory preview and management;
• Inbox - list of incoming SMS;
• Outbox - list of SMS queued for sending;
• Sent - list of sent SMS;
• Failed - list of failed SMS;
• Help - help and registration functions.

If any changes are made, the "Apply" button becomes enabled. Press "Apply" to apply new settings (if the modem was already connected, the reconnection may be necessary). The "OK" button applies the settings and closes the window. If you do not wish to apply the settings, press "Cancel".
